AssistU has held its CRAs (Community Recognition Awards) since 2007, in Maryland, Las Vegas, and Minneapolis. This year’s event will be held in Virginia, my first time to attend the Awards.
I feel very blessed. I have been nominated by my AssistU colleagues for the “2010 Most Supportive Community Member” Award. This is a tremendous surprise, especially since I have only been a member of the community since October of last year. I am very active in the community forums, and love being in touch with my fellow VAs.
In addition to this nomination, I have also been voted for “VA of the Year,” but didn’t receive enough votes to get in the ballot. But again, it’s a wonderful feeling receiving any vote at all.
